These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilboss ("jilboss," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilboss.vip and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by jilboss, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their contents, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and the jilboss Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jilboss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the jilboss platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, or affiliate of jilboss, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not self-excluded from gambling services and do not have any court order or regulatory decision prohibiting your participation in gambling activities;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

jilboss reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jilboss platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. jilboss uses this information for account verification, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, payout processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

All players must complete jilboss's identity verification process (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID);
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, if applicable);
• Driver's License (Land Transportation Office);
• SSS ID, GSIS ID, Pag-IBIG ID;
• Voter's ID or BIR ID (subject to jilboss verification standards).

jilboss may require additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilboss account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

jilboss will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilboss support immediately.

You agree to notify jilboss immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilboss shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, or from unauthorized access that occurs through no fault of jilboss's security systems.

jilboss strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Activity performed through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be presumed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jilboss of a security breach within a reasonable timeframe.

The jilboss platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All player wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jilboss does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your name and matching your verified jilboss account identity;
• jilboss reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by jilboss's AML monitoring systems;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff;
• jilboss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or events outside of jilboss's reasonable control.

Deposits must be used for genuine gaming activity. jilboss reserves the right to void transactions and forfeit balances where deposits are made without genuine gaming intent, including where a player deposits and immediately requests withdrawal without wagering activity.

jilboss offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the offer is made available. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all jilboss bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, except where the promotion explicitly extends to unverified accounts at jilboss's discretion;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the offer expressly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms;
• jilboss reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will remain subject to the wagering requirements in effect at the time of crediting;
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation;
• jilboss may void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or any attempt to circumvent the spirit or letter of promotional conditions.

All games available on the jilboss platform are operated by certified game providers and use verified random number generators (RNG) or genuine physical equipment (in the case of live dealer games). Game outcomes are determined by certified, independent systems and cannot be manipulated by jilboss, game providers, or players.

jilboss publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. All players should understand that casino games carry an inherent house edge and that past results do not influence future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, jilboss reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. jilboss will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct affected game sessions from server logs.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilboss platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party without jilboss's express written authorization;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with jilboss support;
• Using any software, algorithm, robot, bot, scraper, or other automated or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in or facilitating chip dumping, bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraud;
• Using the jilboss platform to launder funds or engage in any activity that violates the Republic of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related regulations;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jilboss platform or its underlying software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, jilboss staff, or support agents through any channel;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability — players who discover a technical error must report it to jilboss support immediately and refrain from exploiting it further.

jilboss is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform offers a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may be increased only after a cooling-off period;
• Session time reminders: Players may configure time reminders that trigger notifications during extended gaming sessions;
• Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a temporary restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which time deposits and gameplay are suspended;
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the jilboss platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

All content on the jilboss platform — including but not limited to the jilboss brand name, logo, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of jilboss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilboss platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without jilboss's prior written consent.

Game titles, artwork, and software embedded within the jilboss platform remain the intellectual property of their respective providers (including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili, JDB, and other licensed providers) and are subject to their own intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilboss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes (wins and losses are inherent to gaming activity);
• Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical interruptions beyond jilboss's reasonable control;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions of third-party game providers, including game malfunctions or RNG outcomes.

jilboss's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits jilboss's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jilboss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Behavior that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive toward other players or jilboss staff;
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or other financial irregularities initiated by or associated with the player's payment method;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be assessed in accordance with the specific circumstances. Where funds are determined to be legitimately earned and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, jilboss will make reasonable efforts to return such funds to the player via their verified payment method.

Players may close their jilboss account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jilboss operates in awareness of the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and related Philippine statutes.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilboss platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact jilboss support to initiate an informal dispute resolution process.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents jilboss from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.

jilboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilboss will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players, and updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the jilboss platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
